We can not succeed because we can not overwhelm the barriers to our success. Moreover, we do not know about our obstacles in advance so that it is very difficult for us to face them.

but how?

We will try to understand through a story-

There was a developing country named Bangladesh. In which country there were numerous unemployed people. One day in the morning (Bangladesh) a letter came to all the unemployed people. The letter was written like this

"For which you are not getting the job, the business is not going to succeed, that is, the unemployed, he died last night. If you want to see him for the last time, then come to the address within the next one hour. "

So the mention of a specific place was mentioned in the letter, where they went out of time (unemployed people). Each of them found there reading a coffin away. So they looked up to the coffin from the distance and said, 'Eating ... the man has died', but on the other hand they were feeling happy again, thinking that they would not have to be unemployed from now on. Because the person for which he is unemployed is no more, so their unemployed life and end of the hardships and affluent life here. So they were ashamed to see the deceased person in the coffin one by one. They were going normal but when they were looking at the face of the dead person in the coffin, they were coming back ashamed. So in the same way each one was seeing the face of the deceased person in the same coffin, and likewise was returning with great shame.

Now the question is, what was the inside of this coffin? ? ? ? ?

There is no one here, there is no one who stops you, that does not let you succeed. The obstacles of others are limited obstacles, trivial obstacles, we have the ability to overwhelm their obstacles. But we do not have the ability to overwhelm ourselves.

General What do we do when we fail? - Then we try to impose all the responsibility of that failure on any person or situation. Never do we like to acknowledge our mistakes. Do not hesitate to prove all the errors in this process for you.

Trying to understand a bit more through an example-

Suppose we were asked to do a single digit.

Add: 9 + 9 =?

Now, if we do this, then we do this: 9 + 9 = 81 (Now what we have done?)

Now that we found out that our results did not match, if we accept that we have made a mistake in our own way, and then we will try to find out our mistake and today we will be able to catch the mistake and at the same time to make the right solution. Will be able to (9 + 9 = 18). And this is normal!

But now my question to you is that if we do not accept our mistakes, we think there is a mistake in the inside of the figure. But will it be possible for us to find the right result?

আপনি কি জানেন- কে আপনার জীবনের সফলতায় সব থেকে বড় বাধা? আমাদের জীবনে আমরা সফল হতে চাইনা কে?- আমরা সবাই সফলা পেতে চাই। কিন্তু সফলতা পাওয়াটা আমাদের কাছে অনেক কঠিন বলে মনে হয়। 

আমরা সফল হতে পারিনা কারণ আমাদের সফলতায় যে সকল বাধা আসে তাদের অভারকাম করতে পারিনা। তাছাড়া আমাদের বাধাগুলো সম্পর্কে আমরা আগে থেকেই জানতে পারিনা যার ফলে তাদের মোকাবেলা করাটা আমাদের জন্য অনেক কষ্টসাধ্য হয়ে পড়ে। 

তো চলুন আজ থেকে আমরা আমাদের বাধাগুলো সম্পর্কে আগে থেকেই জেনে নেব। 

কিন্তু কিভাবে? 

আমরা একটা গল্পর মাধ্যমে বোঝার চেষ্টা করব-

বাংলাদেশ নামে একটি উন্নয়নশীল দেশ ছিল। যেদেশে অসংখ্য বেকার লোক বসবাস করত। একদিন সকাল বেলা সেই দেশের (বাংলাদেশ) সকল বেকার লোকের নিকট একটা চিঠি আসল। যে চিঠিতে এরকম লেখা ছিল 

“যার জন্য আপনার চাকুরী হচ্ছেনা, ব্যবসায় সফল হচ্ছেনা, অর্থাৎ বেকার রয়েছেন, তিনি গত কাল রাতেেই মারা গিয়েছেন। তাকে শেষ বারের মত দেখতে চাইলে উক্ত ঠিকানায় আগামী ১ ঘণ্টার মধ্যেই চলে আসুন।” 

তো চিঠিতে নিদিষ্ট একটা স্থানের কথা উল্লেখ ছিল যেখানে তারা প্রতেক্য (বেকার লোক) নির্দিষ্ট সময়ের মধ্যে চলে গেলেন। তারা প্রত্যেকে সেখানে পৌছে দেখলেন যে দূরে একটা কফিন পড়া রয়েছে। তো তারা দূর থেকে কফিনটির দিকে তাকিয়ে আপছোস করছিল এই বলে ‘আহারে... লোকটা মারা গিয়েছে’ কিন্তু অন্য দিকে তারা মনে মনে আবার খুশিও হচ্ছিল এই ভেবে যে, তাদেরকে এখন থেকে আর বেকার থাকতে হবেনা। কারণ যার জন্য সে বেকার রয়েছে সে আর নেই, তাই তাদের বেকার জীবন এবং কষ্টের ও অভিষপ্ত জীবনের এখানেই সমাপ্তি। তো তারা এই ভেবে এক এক করে কফিনে থাকা মৃত ব্যক্তিকে দেখে লজ্জিত হচ্ছিল। তারা যাচ্ছিল স্বাভাবিক হয়ে কিন্তু যখনই তারা কফিনে থাকা মৃত ব্যক্তিটির মুখ দেখছিল তখনই তারা লজ্জিত হয়ে ফিরে আসছিল। তো এভাবেই এক এক করে প্রত্যেকেই একইভাবে কফিনে থাকা মৃত ব্যক্তিটির মুখ দেখছিল আর একইভাবে চরম লজ্জিত হয়ে ফিরে আসছিল। 

এখন প্রশ্ন হচ্ছে এই কফিনের ভিতরে আসলে ছিলটা কী? ? ? ? ? 

উত্তরটা শুনতে চান!!!! কফিনের ভিতরে আসলে কিছুই ছিলনা। কফিনটি ছিল সিসার তৈরি যেটা আয়নার মত কাজ করছিল। যখনই কেউ সেই কফিনে থাকা মৃত ব্যক্তিটির মুখ দেখার জন্য কফিনের মুখের দিকে উকি দিচ্ছিল ঠিক তখনই সেই কফিনে তার স্বয়ং নিজের মুখই ভেসে আসছিল। 

কেউ নেই এখানে, কেউ নেই যে আপনাকে থামাচ্ছে, যে আপনাকে সফল হতে দিচ্ছেনা। অন্যের বাধা হচ্ছে সীমিত বাধা, তুচ্ছ বাধা, তাদের বাধাকে অভারকাম করার ক্ষমতা আমাদের রয়েছে। কিন্তু আমাদের নিজেদেরকে অভারকাম করার ক্ষমতা আমাদের নেই। 

সাধারণ আমরা যখন Failure হই তখন কি করি?- তখন আমরা সেই ব্যর্থতার সমস্ত দায়ভার ২য় কোন ব্যক্তি বা পরিস্থিতির উপর চাপিয়ে দেবার চেষ্টা করি। কখনই আমরা নিজেদের ভুল স্বীকার করতে পছন্দ করিনা। আপনার এর জন্য সমস্ত প্রক্রিয়াটাকে ভুল প্রমাণিত করতেও পিছপা হইনা। 

একটা উদাহরণের মাধ্যমে আরেকটু বোঝার চেষ্টা করি- 

ধরা যাক আমাদের একটা অংক করতে বলা হয়েছে। 

যোগ কর: 9 + 9 = ? 

এখন আমরা যদি এটাকে এভাবে অংকটি করি :  9 + 9 = 81 (এখন কি আমাদের অংকটি হয়েছে?)

এখন পরে আমরা জানতে পারলাম যে আমাদের ফলাফল মেলেনি, তখন যদি আমরা স্বীকার করি যে অংকটি করতে আমাদের নিজেদেরই কোথাও ভুল হয়েছে আর তখনেই কিন্তু আমরা আমাদের ভুলটাকে খুজে বের করার চেষ্টা করব এবং আজ না হয় কাল সেই ভুলটা ধরতেও পারব এবং এক পর্যায়ে তার সঠিক সমাধানটিও করতে সক্ষম হব (9 + 9 = 18)। আর এটাই তো স্বাভাবিক! 

কিন্তু এখন আপনাদের কাছে আমার প্রশ্ন যদি আমরা আমাদের নিজেদের ভুল স্বীকার না করি অর্থাৎ মনে করি যে অংকটির ভেতরেই কোথাও ভুল রয়েছে।  তবে সেক্ষেত্রে আমাদের পক্ষে কি সঠিক ফলাফলটি বের করা সম্ভব হবে?
