SMS Method of Statistics Bureau

You must first complete the application online. When the online application is complete then follow this rule.

 SMS rules:
1st message: BBS (space) User ID and send to 16222
Second message: BBS (space) YES (space) Pin number and send to 16222

After giving the first SMS, you will be given a PIN number in the reply. The pin number will be used in the second message.

After giving 2nd SMS you will be given a reply message, where you will be assured that your payment is completed and the application is 100% completed.
You have to save this message.
